In the Terms, “WE”, “US”, “ITS” and “OUR” refer to Lexolution IT Services. We may refer to you or any person that uses our Site as “YOU” OR “YOUR” or a “USER.” When we use the term “SITE” we mean all the individual URL(s) or Internet address locations, sites and pages within lexolutionit.com and lexoultion.in domains and materials provided with our Sites, including without limitation, our applications, content, information, graphics, multimedia materials, code, logos, service and trademarks, design, all copyrightable or otherwise legally protectable items an elements and all of the other various features, functions, tools and services in, on or associated with our Site.
1. Your Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Site. Please read these Terms carefully; they impose legal obligations on you and LIT, and establish our legal relationship. By using our services or accessing our Site, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. In addition, if you affirmatively register as an information recipient, it further confirms your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Grant of Rights
Provided you comply with these Terms, we grant you the right to access all areas of the Site for purposes of (i) learning more about our services, (ii) registering to receive newsletters and other materials and (iii) exchanging information, in accordance with the functionality provided by the Site (collectively, “Permitted Purposes”)
3. Use of Materials

You acknowledge and agree that the Site is and shall remain the exclusive property of LIT. Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the Site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on the Site are the property of LIT and are protected under applicable Indian Laws. Any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Link to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links or produce search results that reference links to third party Sites (collectively “Linked Sites”) LIT has no control over these linked sites or their content and does not assume responsibility or liability for ay content, opinions, or materials available on Linked Sites. LIT does not endorse the content of any linked site, nor does LIT warrant that a linked site will be free of computer viruses or other harmful code that can impact your computer or other web-access device. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that such use is at your own risk.
6. Code of Conduct
As a condition to your use of the Site, you agree to follow a code of conduct set out below. Under this code, you will not:
Use the Site in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any others party’s use and enjoyment of the site.
Seek to obtain access to any materials or information through “hacking” or through other means we have not intentionally made available to you through the Site.

LIT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON- INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE. LIT MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: (A) THE SITE OR CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS; (C) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OF ANY CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) THE QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
ANY CONTENT ACCESSED, DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED ON OR THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. LIT SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILTY FROM ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF THE CONTENT.
LIT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES OR UPDATES TO, AND MONITOR THE USE OF, THE SITE AND CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SIE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, DATA OR USE INCURRED BY YOU, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE.
11. Relationship of the Parties
Nothing herein shall be deemed to create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship of any kind between LIT and any user or nor do these Terms extend rights to any third party.
Minors are not eligible to use the Site, and we ask that they do not submit any information to us.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and especially the Information Technology Act, 2000. All relevant rules, regulations, directions, orders and notifications will also apply. The courts in Delhi shall have exclusive Jurisdiction to the exclusion of other courts.
14. Waiver and Severability of Terms
The failure of LIT to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Term shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give efforts to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
